Service & Support
Depending on your project, our team can provide on-site installation and training, while technical support is available for equipment operation, maintenance questions and spare-parts requirements.
If you are planning a new forging line, installing equipment at an overseas factory or replacing an existing manipulator, you can discuss your requirements with us before making the purchase. We can review the project conditions and clarify the applicable service scope with you.
Installation & Commissioning
For projects requiring on-site service, installation and commissioning can be arranged according to the equipment configuration and project requirements.
Our service team can work with your production personnel to complete equipment installation and check the manipulator's movement, workpiece transfer, station-to-station sequence and operating functions under the intended application.
For an overseas project, installation arrangements can be discussed together with the delivery schedule. The installation location, press arrangement, available working space and site conditions can be reviewed in advance so that the service requirements are clear before the equipment arrives.
Operator Training & Production Start-Up
For applicable projects, on-site training can cover basic operation, production sequence, normal adjustments, daily inspection and basic equipment care. The training content is based on the actual machine configuration and intended application.
During production start-up, your team can become familiar with workpiece transfer, operating controls and the normal production sequence. Equipment-related questions can also be discussed with our technical team during this stage.
Overseas Project Support
Our products have been supplied to customers in international markets including the United States, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Argentina and Türkiye.
For overseas projects, service arrangements can be discussed according to the project requirements, including the installation location, equipment configuration, expected delivery schedule and training needs.
If you are a machinery distributor or engineering company handling a project for an overseas end customer, you can also involve our team during the technical discussion. This can help clarify the equipment and service requirements before the project moves forward.
Technical Support
During equipment operation, production changes or routine maintenance, you can contact our team when technical questions arise.
Because a forging manipulator works together with the press, dies and workpiece, technical questions are best considered in the context of the actual production application. Our team can review the equipment information and relevant production conditions to better understand the situation and discuss the appropriate next step.
Long-Term Equipment Support
Your production may evolve after the original equipment is installed. You may introduce another product, change workpiece dimensions, modify tooling or use the same forging press for a different production requirement.
When these changes affect the manipulator's workpiece handling or transfer process, we can review the updated application with you. This allows the existing equipment and the new production requirements to be considered together before you make changes to the automation system.
For customers operating multiple machines or developing new forging projects, this also creates an opportunity to discuss equipment requirements with the same technical team that understands your existing application.
Manipulator Replacement
An aging manipulator does not necessarily mean that your entire forging line needs to be replaced.
If your existing press, dies and production process are still suitable for your products, replacing the workpiece-handling equipment may be a more focused automation project. The existing installation can also provide useful information when evaluating the replacement.
Share your current manipulator and press information with us, together with product or production-line photos where available. We can discuss the existing installation and the technical conditions that should be considered for a replacement project.
Spare Parts & Equipment Care
When replacement parts are required, our team can help identify the relevant component based on the equipment configuration and available part information. Spare-parts requirements and supply arrangements can be discussed according to the specific equipment and project.
