Typical hot-forming workpieces include nuts, bolts and other steel components made from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and other hot-forming steel grades. Final configuration is determined from the actual part drawing and press specifications.
Custom Engineering
Workpiece Capacity
Supports maximum clamp diameters of 55–100 mm and clamp heights of 50–80 mm, depending on the model. Gripper dimensions can be customized to the workpiece.
Adjustment Range
Provides 0–20 mm height adjustment, 170–300 mm transfer stroke and, on selected models, 0–120 mm beam lifting.
Retrofit Support
For existing hot forming lines, provide the press table drawing, part drawing, press specifications and line layout. We design the mounting, transfer and control interfaces for integration.
