Operational Performance & Durabilit
High-Speed Continuous Nut Transfer
Operating speed is 20–45 pcs/min, depending on model and press cycle. Servo-driven transfer maintains the required movement sequence between forming stations for continuous production.
Repeatable Nut Positioning
Controlled clamping and transfer help place each heated nut blank at a repeatable position before the next forming operation. Stable positioning is important where multiple forming stages must remain synchronized.
Heavy-Duty Mechanical Structure
