Former Configuration Engineering
Station-Specific Transfer Configuration
The manipulator can be configured according to the number of forming stations, station spacing and transfer sequence. This allows the transfer path to follow the actual forming-line layout rather than relying on a fixed universal arrangement.
Transfer & Height Adjustment
Available adjustment ranges include 0–20 mm height adjustment, 170–300 mm stroke and, on selected 3G models, 0–120 mm beam lifting. These ranges support alignment with different press and die arrangements.
Retrofit & Line Integration
For an existing former line, customers can provide the press table drawing, part drawing, press specifications, station spacing and line layout. The engineering team can evaluate the mounting arrangement, transfer path and control interface before final configuration.
